Do not get discouraged by having a good time and think, okay, I just p***** it all down the drain. That is not true. Get back on track. Get back on the course you're on. Run that marathon and cross that f****** finish line, because I know everyone listening to this. You guys can do it. I know you can focus. And like I said, keep telling yourself, this is a marathon

Jeremy, that's awesome. I think that your point about things on both sides take time. Things don't happen overnight. And to have that resolve and that patience is super important. And to be gentle, but also be firm, like to have that discipline to mark your time and mark micro accomplishments, not just the big things that happen, but like, okay, like, I went to the gym for a week. That's great

You're going to skip. But you're going to do a couple of extra maybe in a day. So it's kind of that almost negotiation in a sense, just to kind of make sure I stay on track. And so far that mindset has been very helpful with not being are not giving myself that negative self talk that definitely pushes me away from continuing on with that routine. So thank you for the message. Totally spot on
