Today, I'm going to share with you what the three seasonal coaching pillars of my coaching program are and then how to address each of those pillars during the summer. So we'll get started. The three coaching pillars are the foundation of my twelve week coaching program. They are nourishment, selfcare, and personal development. Nourishment is herbs, H20, food and sleep. Self care is defined by yoga rituals and exercise and movement that gets your heart rate up. Personal development means building a trusting relationship with yourself

You're. I love all of these. And I really like the picture that you posted with it. And I didn't realize that the organ for the summer was the heart. I'm curious if it's connected at all with astrology. I'm a Leo and I know Leo is connected with the heart. And Leo season is like, right in the middle of summer. But thank you for sharing this. Ah, vanessa, I'm going to go on this journey with you and live 100 years. I'm a bit older than you, so I'll get there first and let you know how it is. Once again, I love your swell cast, and I know you've been helping me with that dry eye thing, and I'm looking forward to getting more herbs for that

Shen is the form of spirit that resides in the heart that sources joy and enthusiasm. It also governs the mind's capacity for comprehension, thinking clearly and remembering. Often the shen is disturbed oh, excuse me, let me back up. Often when shen is disturbed, it can affect our memories as well as our sleep and dream state. Disturbed shen is seen as agitation, fright and mania. So you can see why this organ deserves protection

And you mentioned that some of the food groups and the things that I mentioned in the Swell that you are already doing, and that's your body's way of automatically knowing what you need during this season. And I think that is very cool that you are noticing that hey or your body, I guess, is noticing, hey, the seasons are shifting, they're changing, and now we need to address how we nourish our body in a different way
