We were almost finished, and we just stopped off to get a few supplies. But I was tired. It was a long six months of planning, getting everyone there from around the state, planning the agenda, making sure it worked well. So that vision of drinking that milk caused me to burst from that .1 of the pieces that I'm really strong about with women is helping to give us more tools to confront situations while building credibility, respect

It was from a general sense of a conflict between how you would do something and how someone else did something and just reacting in the moment. And the beauty of this story is most of us have done this. We've been there, and we wish we would have had more grace, but we just didn't. I'm going to share a quote that I just read yesterday that resonates with exactly what you just said in terms of measuring our reactions to things and being better at that
