Hey, Ray. You definitely have it down on lock. The whole persona and the passion and the career understanding, it definitely feels very fluid. Some people get on here and kind of fumble and don't know what to say and I just kind of testing the waters. But I feel pretty good about the fact that you're going to be able to really inspire people to get out there and run different, better focus on different things

Hello, Ty. Thank you so much for your kind words and the welcome. I appreciate it. Yes, running has been quite a passion of mine for the last seven years. I really enjoy it. And like you, I used to be a track athlete in high school, but I was on the sprinting side 400 meters and below. I didn't like distance running, but now I've embraced it, and that's all I do is long distance running

And my other question is I've also been referred to the website for Qi running, qi Running. So I was just curious if you heard of it, if you like that system or process us or way of training. I'm just curious what your thoughts are on that. So thank you so much and welcome to Swell I'm excited to check out all of your content and learn how to get back into running at my cadence my way but with your knowledge and expertise

I know a few soccer player players that are very good at running. They're very fast, and they can handle the distance well, because soccer is a tough game. The back and forth, the running fast really works well in developing your aerobic system. And let's see, you had a second question. Chi running or key running? I've heard of it, but I have not explored it

Hi, Ray. I wanted to make sure that I got you the foam roller charts. So I gave you a few pictures so you can see what they are. And if you look at them like I'm opening up the common pain points one. So you can see the column that is blue or teal. It has the areas of the body that are common pain points

The person in the photo seems to be foam rolling their It band. And I remember reading somewhere that It bands should not be foam rolled because there's a nerve that runs underneath the It band that may cause inflammation, that may be irritated, something of that nature. But if you're aware of that, let me know. But otherwise, looking forward to it. Thanks again. Hope you have a great weekend. Bye
