The most you version of you

Good morning, everyone. It is 730 on a Monday morning in Baltimore, and I'm out walking my dog, Josie. Josie is a dog that does not like to go for walks, walks. Any of you have a dog like that. She walks, but I pull her. And then when she really doesn't want to go for a walk, she lays down backwards and she refuses to make eye contact with me. It's really amazing what eye contact can do

We are all different in our own aspects that we then learn things about ourselves daily. Right? And it's not just what everyone else has told us about ourselves or maybe our ancestry, traditions or cultures. I think it's definitely beyond that which we experience. And I feel like if we start doing that for me personally, I then can become that probably higher being, so to speak, that the next generation will look to me

thoughts on life and work as my authentic self, doubling down on strengths,

That's for me, what comes up when I think about what that looks like and how I continue to shape my life or try to shape my life in a way where I get to really use my strengths. And the last thing I'll say is not to completely discount the areas that we need to work on. Those growth edges are critical, but to hold those in a balance where you have the things that you really need for your work that you don't love doing

Staying put in my Ditch digging!

This is great to hear Yosenia's voice and Rachel and Yoshi's all mixed together, and I was appreciating so much the thing, the sentiment of Yoshi very end talking about the stuff that we're not good at and sort of leaving room for that. And it reminded me of this afternoon. I took a break from my work, and I went to dig six ditches on the front of my lawn sidewalk

Hi, Rachel. Thank you so much for this post and story and sharing with us that Josie, I believe he said, is going to be Josie's authentic self everything day, whether that be someone like taking a walk or not. And what it made me think of is kind of in. What you are saying is the attempt at trying to be our best self
