What comes next?

And as proud as I am for that journey and as proud as I am that I've reached this place of, I would say, being healthier, my perspective about it, and just unpacking everything. A lot happened last week receiving different positive support and some negative support this Monday. I don't know about you out there, but I'm not really going to call this a motivational Monday. So I don't really have any inspirational or positive onward and upward things to say today

And I don't know if you heard my first one, which was called Pierre starting there was something behind that procrastination, or probably not procrastination in your case, but in that pause, there's some type of fear and you have to get to the bottom of it. I mean, I could be wrong, but think about it for a second. Could you be feared or something? You did mention something about negative input. Could that negative input be causing you to be a little hesitant about continuing?

When you respond to him and back and forth, it feels like expectations about having something profound to say or do is really a false concept. If you look at other animals in the food chain, I think that we caused so much trouble by trying to get ahead of ourselves, cause I think each moment will define its meaning. And I think that's what I was just listening to here and enjoying. So thank you for thinking out loud together

But are we going to go? Yes. We may not go today, we may not go tomorrow, but we're going to go one day. But also, sometimes I just have to tell myself, we're going to go now, we're going to put that work in now and overcome the fear now to step into the purpose. So thank you for your encouragement

And I'm so glad for the person who told me about this app, because there is the community of other swell casters who are discussing and responding and connecting. And I just think it's beautiful. I think it's something that really heals my soul. And I'm very appreciative. Thank you. Bye
