And I've injured my back so I can't get in to see my doctor for a while because she's amazing, my do. So I'm just trying to do what I need to do for me. But here's the thing. I'm sitting here and I'm like, you need to sit on this low level stool with purpose. You need to have good posture. Posture is so important

So I'm going to sit up with more purpose and more consciousness, and I think some days I really forget and I'm looking at my phone and my head's all the way bend down, which is horrible. So this is a great reminder for me. Thank you so much

It's. Wow. The timing of this I threw out my back about two weeks ago, and I'm actually on my way to my chiropractor because it is so amazing when we're out of sync, physically or mentally, just how that affects every aspect of our life. So I can really, really relate to this. And I hope things will get better for you. Thanks. Bye
