Changing Behavior is Healing
And it's so important to have these lifestyles and routines and changes of that when it comes to behavior because it also encourages more of a positive attitude within as well. And your view becomes your perspective becomes more positive, and it actually changes your brain chemistry in a lot of ways, and it makes the process of recovering so much easier. So the next time that somebody says your behavior is poor or I don't like the way you said that or the way you treated me
I have the power to work through these without the harmful side effects of the pills and alternatives that I was given at earlier time in my life. And so from there on, I worked with my psychiatrist, and I was able to slowly get off and carefully get off of the medications.
