If you're, I don't know, sitting down, doing too much or not too much, but doing a lot of brain work, then your body kind of craves that movement or craves it misses the physical activity. Likewise the other way around. So it's very real and very important to keep in mind, especially on Fridays when maybe we've been working hard all weekend and the weekend rolls around and we need to recalibrate. But wonderful message

I don't think it's hippie yet actually. But yes, mind body connection is so important, so important for balancing your life, so important for enriching your life. Because when your mind and your body are imbalanced, then your soul and spirit are in balance and you have so much more strength
