Always refer back to that when you wake up in the morning. And always know that something great is going to happen that day to make you feel grateful for that day. Drink half of your body weight in the ounces of water each day. That's very important for us. Hydration fills our brain with all kinds of moisture and makes it work more effectively. It will work our body more effectively. Our joints, our organs definitely need to do that. Cut out one category of food for 30 days

So I decided to invest in a master herbal formulary course, and I want to complete this master herbal formulary. I am currently in my register or my yoga teacher training for 300 hours. So this would combine with my previous 200 hours, so totaling 500 hours of training as a yoga teacher trainer
