Mothers deserve more credit
Hey, swell. FAM. So I wanted to make this topic about how mothers do not receive enough credit for the work that they do. They do a lot of work that is either expected, unrecognized, unappreciated, we know, neglect ourselves beyond belief, we forget. We actually pretty much lose our sense of identity and motherhood in order to care for our little ones

Do things to keep yourself elevated, away from the mud of how difficult life can be. Figure out ways to just find that continuity of self care some that you're all talking about at the same time
