Fight back! You can always find a way back to where you left off! 🦋

article image placeholderUploaded by @Her_Revolucion
So this was inspired by P. K. Briggs with Refresh Fridays. In being present or having fun and just taking in the moment, the sounds, just the way we're feeling. And actually leading without fear. Just taking advantage of what is already given to me. Just taking a moment to take a deep breath in. Just finding that gratitude, just being able to do that. It has been a rough few weeks, but when will it ever be perfect? Never

But I like something about what you were saying and this notion of fighting back and the notion of mindfulness on being present, because I don't think we can change those other parts, not in any one moment anyway. But it's a lifelong thing, right? It's shifting how we teach our children, how we teach others, engage others and creating alternatives. But that takes time

And resilience sounds so, like, matter of fact, like, we have resilience and we're going to bounce back like a phoenix from a fire. And I think the mindfulness around these changing times honors what just happened, and it honors that we've been changed almost at a molecular level. A lot of people didn't feel their frailty as much as they did the last two years and their interconnectedness, and yet their isolation at the same time

Beautiful beautiful Swell ❤️ thank you.

You. Good morning. Yesenia, this is a beautiful, beautiful swell. I'm so happy that I actually got to take it in right now, right at this moment. Like, this is the absolute perfect time to sit and listen to your words. Not even I was laying down listening to your words, listen to the vibration of the ideas of taking back, but taking time, taking a moment for me, right? For you, for all those individual listeners

Thank you all so much for taking the time to respond to this. Well, it does feel like deja vu. It's been a while. And, you know, just reflecting back of when this post was initially posted here on Swallow and hearing your responses, just take a moment to ask yourselves how you're continuing to be present in your life. How does that look like? So reflect back on that

And then we're pulled back by some message and we're like, oh, there I am. And I hope you feel that way when you've listened back to this. And thank you again for offering. And great to hear your voice

@DBPardes Reflective Back= Self-Growth 🪴

Hey, Deb. Yes. Definitely resonate with reflecting back and just seeing how we were then in comparison to how we we are now or in this moment. And to me, I thought about seeing our own growth so that self growth sometimes is hard for us to allow ourselves to come to that space and really considering how much or how hard we may have been with ourselves. Like, on a personal note, for myself yeah. Thank you so much
