Hey, Dr. J. I wanted to thank you for posting this yesterday. I feel so committed to creating a safe space for people to know how important it is to say those words out loud that you said, you know, I'm not okay, and knowing it's okay not to be okay. All around the globe, there's so many things happening that push people's spirits down

Hey, it's JL. And for Mental Health Day. What did I do yesterday? One, I did not know that it was World Mental Health Day. Thank you for sharing that. Two, I try to have a focus on my mental health daily and yesterday I was really intentional during my morning routine to do some visualization as related to my daily manifesting work, to identify a goal I have and then visualizing myself at the completion of that goal and channeling the emotions and feelings
