I AM Affirmations

article image placeholderUploaded by @Dr.J
And make sure that they are in the present tense as if it's already happened or already happening. Keep affirmations positive. If you make them negative or they have any negative undertones, you're going to be wiring your brain for more negativity than positivity. So you want to Affirm what it is that you want and what it is that you want to attract, not what you don't want and not what you don't want to attract. Try to keep your Affirmations nice and short

Here I talk a little about #affirmations, briefly share brain benefits of affirmations and take you through an affirmations exercise.

Hey, I love how you're doing this here on Swell. I'm really appreciating the interactive aspect of this, how you're asking us to be with you and say these things as you say them. It's just beautiful. It's such a nice little break in my day. And I just want to thank you for creating the space for us

This is so epic, so beautifully done. Im is the single most powerful statement ever. And that's why we should be so cautious. What we say nonchalant or subconsciously. With that, people talk about weight, people talk about intelligence, people talk about wealth, people talk about everything. So passively. I can't afford that. I'm not rich, I am broke. All these other really harmful things, they're all affirmations
