Every half mile, I finished off that half mile with 100 meters strides up until I finished mile seven. Sorry, up until mile six. And then mile seven was not a cooldown, but just another Ga mile. And then mile eight was half of it approximately was the six sets of ten second hill sprints and then the other half was kind of a run back home. But the run felt really good today. It was a bit of a faster pace than my previous Ga run
