Welcome : Life Journal Station

article image placeholderUploaded by @DBPardes
So I wanted to just make sure you feel how expansive it really is. And to that end, maybe you can reply and just say, hey, I use the Life journal station. And here's some of the things that I talk about so that when people come who are coming around again, who are new, who are listening to this, they heard your voice, and it builds a sense of awareness and a sense of community

And lately, especially the last three years, people have lost their jobs, and trying to find a job or trying to find yourself is really hard. It really is. When people say, well, what do you want to do? You're kind of like, I don't know. Well, I do I don't know. I've been trying different things. So thank you for the Life journal station

That gives us the ability to have this. And the option to have it is amazing because not everybody writes everything down. A lot of people are vocal and sometimes even hearing yourself when you replay what you said. And I do that sometimes. It helps me to understand that I have questions or that I need calm down or that I need to look at this in a different light. So thank you for the Life Journal station. It's needed, it's wanted and it will be used

Well, I'm new on here, and so what I expect the Life Journal station to provide, it's just a platform for me to get the thoughts out of my head. I'm not a big writer, so being able to verbally or to verbalize or to communicate what's going on, what has happened, how am I working through the things? This will be a platform where I can do that. So, yeah, this should be interesting

I want to be your main cheat, not your cheat that you will come home and just bear with. But life journey is some serious when sometimes you got to take it slow, you got to take it easy, you got to really think and focus on yourself. You got to stop taking care of other people and start taking care of you. And that's why I have done the life journey, because I had stress eating and gained so much weight

Hello. Hi. Thanks for this nice welcome to the Life Journal section or station. I think it's a very interesting area for me because I started this journal, you know, behavior rather a habit, right during my, I think, college days that's almost about 30, 33, 34 years before and very interestingly. Used to write and kind of reflect back after some time to see how things have gone by and all

My first reason that why I started Journaling is to record my Mood. Then it turned, transferred to Journaling. So I wanted to watch my mood. So then the app has Journaling features. So I started Journaling, and I built the habit, and I'm doing it right now. I can share more here later

Notable Milestones

That has been a life changing journey because I could start looking at things in a different perspective. I was able to connect the occult and psychology together and I have started using them on myself and even have been able to decode people's behavior sometimes using Tarot. And the second milestone which I can speak about is when I started learning Reiki and I became a Reiki practitioner last year. This is an ancient healing art which hails from Japan, and I could resonate with that

Don't know who's going to hurt you, don't know who is going to whatnot. So I've been having living in that space a little bit more, being that you do that many pages, I was just wondering how do you achieve that and how do you stay consistent with that? I would love to hear some of your tips for how you manage that

Well, hello there. This was like a suggested post, I think. I I haven't quite formulated like a concrete model for my life journal, audio life journal entries. But sometimes with what I am dealing with physically, I can't always write physically on paper. This is just a place for me to kind of just share. And in the way past I was such a journal writer, I had journals and journals and part of me, I don't save stuff

Hey, Esther. It's wonderful to have audio journals as the way to express yourself. I'm totally agreeing that there needs to be no plan. I think that's what the beauty of voice and audio journaling is. So I look forward to your podcast here on Swell. Thank you

Inspiration to become who I once was. #awareness #chronicpain #anxiety #mentalhealthadvocate #depression #mentalhealth

And by listening to other people's stories, it helps me understand that I'm not completely alone and that I wish and hope when people hear my stories that they feel not as alone and maybe a little bit more understood themselves. So I'm going to read these few pages of my journal. It kind of goes a little bit deeper into how I refound myself after doing classes and being really lost for a long time, about ten years to be exact. So here it goes

Hey, Gary, I wanted to thank you for adding this beautiful and very personal entry into Swell here. And it's humbling and it's also very relatable. And the journey you're on is so unique to you. But also the elements of what you speak of are so universal

Hey, Deborah. Yes, I agree. I think having platforms such as this and being able to be vulnerable with one another and having open minds without any kind of judgment, non judgmental spaces such as this are just beautiful for these types of conversations. Really hope a whole lot of people get this platform because I think it's fantastic to really be able to speak our truths, face our fears and move on in life. We all deserve a good life. We all deserve the best life possible

@DBPardes

Hey, Deborah, thank you so much for letting us know more about this awesome station. When I think of Life Journal, I kind of think of this picture here with, you know, having a cup of coffee or a cup of tea, possibly a little snack I like to have oatmeal. And having my journal, I would replace the actual physical journal with my remarkable tablet because I can have as many notebooks and journals as I want there

I know there is only more to come today, tomorrow, whenever it will come, it's already a blur as am in it. Every hour of this day will be a memory that I cannot remember. Nor would I want to waste my energy in trying to do so either

Importance of writing down and not getting caught with the hyper techno world these days! I’m starting to understand the importance of it now! Thanks!

Moreover, for the therapeutic purpose that one should do it. And then I sometimes do it, sometimes I don't. So I guess it's a hit and miss. But nevertheless, it's a very good idea to come to the point every day, whether it's in the morning or in the evening, late night, whenever you get the time to go over what exactly has happened during the day

You. I think journalizing is good, but I do not like doing it because I always fear, like someone's going to read my journal, find my journal, invade my privacy. So I tend to keep everything into my head. Or I try to talk to myself sometimes. Or I try to reflect on my life and why certain things is happening. Where am I going wrong? Like when I'm in my own lonely space

Plus, I just really love reading other people's journals and I love psychology and sociology the way people walk through the world so differently and how much perspective plays a role. Anyway, going to give this a try and I'm really excited to hear what everyone else with it because I still trying to figure it out. 122 Coast

So I put it out for dirt cheap, just so people could use it as some kind of tool to help them in life, no matter if they were the person battling these illnesses or the people that are helping them and trying to help understand their world a little bit. God knows our worlds are very different than people without disablement. So that was my main goal after that

So excited to learn and share with yall more as I get more familiar with the platform! #support #survivor #journey #motivation #selflove

So whoever actually took the time to listen to this? And if you are going through something difficult of your own, if you're going through a journey, a tough time, you're having a little bit of a hard time finding the light. Don't lose hope. The sun may set, but it also comes back up. And even if the sun sets and it's a bit before the sun rises, the moon still rises in between that. So stay strong

He agreed, got it off of Amazon, and we took the test, got the results. He was not my father, say the least. I was shocked. I even felt hurt. I pushed my mother with the information. She was just as shocked as me and advised me to continue to explore. I got a name from a family member and some pictures and man, this other guy, he looks just like me. Got to tell you, he looks just like me

But yeah, I would like to know more about this. How does it work? How to maintain this? Do we need to write it up or how does it work? Is it something like to do list of your day? If it is so, then I think I'm not that type of a person. I cannot work on systems because I am already working in a corporate. I'm living a corporate life right now and which is very difficult to manage all of those work

You. Hi. Thank you for this warm welcome and I was just exploring this. Well, platform. I am very new to this platform and I came across this word Life Journal station which attracted me. I am not a very regular life journal writer or who writes a daily things of the life, but I do make a note or some small affirmations that I come across during my daily routine or any condition or the situation that has came across in the life

So, hello, and my name is Lena. I happened to stumble onto this app today in my self reflection process, and I can't be happier. I think this is a great tool to self express, and also, it's so helpful for people who receive and remember information better and process information through hearing. I'm one of those people. I listen to all my books, and I just really like to listen to speech
