Like, when you want to walk towards something that feels hard and super yucky, go for it. And what comes on the other side could really surprise you. And the concept of mindfulness around what we do that's mostly difficult. It sounds like it's an obvious thing because we're here and we're using our minds and we should just go for it. But I think the intention of practicing that is probably what you're covering in your podcast. So I'm looking forward to that

@AMindfulMoment: a Check Engine light…

We may be without a vehicle for a while, depending on the circumstances around what repairs are necessary or preventative repairs. And you just made me think about that. You made me think about how, even though it's a Yucky situation, we can make the situation worse. In a lesson that I learned in life, by leaving that Check Engine light on and ignoring it for some time, it ended up costing me a whole lot more money

Hey, I love that Check engine light scenario. You know, that's so true. And I would love for us to be able to get it to a point where we don't even have to see that Check engine light come on. That we are taking such good care of that vehicle and that we are on top of things and we aren't letting things slip through the crack to where that never comes on and we never have that anxiety of it coming on either
