And I really give credit to trying something new. If I hadn't tried Pilates this morning, I might have just still been in that rut. I could have done some basic cardio. I could have done some squats and burpees and jumping jacks and lunges and my fame, I could have done that and I would have gotten the same expected result

I tried pilates for the first time today and I feel more confident to confront old demons🧘🏽‍♀️

And, like, some of the deep core integration that happens in Pilates, I feel like sometimes it's actually less about the amount of reps you do and more about how well you do them and how much your body is in proper alignment and engagement while doing so. That's kind of what I hear from teachers is like, right is better than more. Yeah, quality is better than quantity. So excited for you

But right now, I'm just sticking with my own body weight and focusing on the range of motion and how my mind feels and how my body feels and getting a good heart rate up and just making sure that I feel good. I told myself that my goal for 2023 was just to feel good, do things that make me feel good, seek joy, seek peace, seek contentment, and just ground, ground yourself
