Hey. I've listened to a lot of your swells, and I'm always amazed about your focus on specific things. And I wonder, when did you start becoming the Zen master you are? Was there an event that provoked your shift, or was it something that was surrounding you and you just brought it in as a real focal point? I'm always curious about people's journeys towards this this kind of practice. So I'd love to hear more about you
