The details that's involved is going to be what helps someone else because of certain steps that I took, certain decisions, certain friendships, certain connections, and of course trauma that was unhealed all played a huge part in me losing myself and not even knowing it and functioning in zombie world, I call it for a while, up until about found when my father passed and this is a little over two years now since he's passed

When my dad died about ten years ago, I definitely went through a period of just like, whoa. And I still, to this day, welcome that experience because I think it makes you feel alive. When you feel a sudden sense of huge question mark in front of you, it makes you have to answer big things. So thanks so much for sharing this. I really appreciate it

And just kind of had that realization which helped me to get towards, I didn't really start doing the inner work, I would say, until maybe the last year and a half, two years, really leaning more in to emotional safetiness, figuring out as emotional discovery of like, what does it mean to wake up and be Natasha nurse? What is that? Who is that? And again, those were questions I never asked myself when I was a child
