Happy Sunday. Yes, I'm an overthinker one because I keep thinking of what happened to me at work on a Friday night. Just being an old hostess. Customer was very rude. He had no patience. I believe customers now think restaurants is the fast food chain. McDonald's. Nobody wants to wait. I shouldn't say nobody. A few do not want to wait, and they get very rude. And I feel like in some areas, people do not like to empower one another

And people who get in the habit of gratitude and of exceptional communication and of really considering the other, they're just happier people. So I just want to acknowledge what you said, and I hope that you find more kindness and more acknowledgment in your daily routine with people out there serving them, because it begins with you. And by even positioning this as a swell that you want to express, I feel like you're putting it out there and you're spreading your philosophy
