In terms of the topic, is there a particular question that you want us to think about with regard to your theme so that we can kind of wrap back and forth? I'd really be curious about what are the top three things that really come up that are are worthy of us kind of iterating on and talking about that be really interesting and we can kind of come back here and have a group think a little bit. What are your thoughts?

This could just be a step towards having a constructive conversation versus a destructive one. What are your thoughts on this?
