What stories are you STILL clinging on to?

And I wanted to just kind of pose that question to the audience, to you guys, to really think about what are the stories identities that no longer fit us. It's time for us to let that go. So we'd love to hear your thoughts and ways you're working on that. And I hope you guys have a your full day

It's like people who are on big diets or training for the marathon, they ask for people like, you know, hey, Tam, Tam, come around me and help me. And I think it's real. So I honor your articulating this here, and also just adding that getting support is a primary anchor for this kind of thing to really take root and become the change that you want to make

I think that decision and that process was the most strenuous and biggest decision that I have made up and throughout my whole life, really. And I always find myself coming back to that time in my life and thinking about I could have done more, I could have done more studying, I could have gotten better scores, I could have gotten into a better school, which could have possibly led to a better job or career path

You know, the only reason I'm telling you is because talking about memories in the past. I'll tell you something. The worst memory I have is not spending enough time with my sister who passed away because of cancer. She fought bravely, but every time it's not a memory. It's a guilt that I just did not spend enough time with her brother. Do you have a bigger guilt than that?

Tim, thank you so much for your invite mental out to see your name pop up and know that there is going to be something good attached to it. So thanks for doing the work and encouraging us all to do the same, making it public and spreading the love through this gorgeous app. You pose a great question, a great question that I think should be contemplated at least quarterly in life

We can hold on to the trauma that we've gone through, and it can cause us to have a perception about ourselves was based off of that trauma. So that's just something that I'm dealing with personally and I can really relate to. And I really appreciate you covering this

Hey, that's a really good topic. I'm so glad that I was invited by the time and to just squirrel about, you know, your identity. I always just been struggling, thinking a lot about identity. Like for all my life I felt creepy. Oh my God, yes, I'm approaching, I'm in my forty s. And to know my identity, it's not a good feeling
