#TellYourStory | What helps me get through troubled times...

article image placeholderUploaded by @Vivek.Padalia
I don't think negative around it. I can say no nonsense talk. So if I am keeping myself positive, it is easy for me to focus on the solution, focus on the outcome, focus on the result, rather than thinking about a problem which is restricting me, which is stopping me, which is not letting me to go out of that zone. After this. Third thing is which I always prefer to seek support, to ask help from my close friends to someone I can trust

Hey, Vivek, that's beautiful. Your strategy, your points are beautiful. But in the end, the benevolence to yourself that you've done your best and you don't get married to expectations. I think that is really a golden rule here for anybody, is to have your own back when you're having troubled times, to make sure you're not being too hard on yourself. Really beautiful response. Thank you so much

Thanks, David, for your appreciation. And I think this has really worked for me very well many times. So, yeah, you can say that. That's a golden rule. Thank you very much

If something has a solution, find it. And if something doesn't have a solution, then there's no point in worrying about it. And of course, you have your loved ones and friends to support you and take care of you, and probably bounce your ideas to whenever stuck in such a situation. Thank you for sharing this and have a lovely day. Bye
