My Celebrations!

There have been times in the past where I've either been sent away or I've had to be pricked twice in order to make sure my hemoglobin levels were at the appropriate mark in order to donate blood. And so first prick was 13.1. So that was pretty high for me and I was very, very excited. So it was smooth sailing for that blood donation. I'm very, very glad about that. So those are my three celebrations for you

This morning I woke up and I'm a little achy but definitely not in pain as I was in the past. So that's very exciting. The other thing that happened last week that's worth celebrating was my son and his girlfriend returned from their four week trip back east. They went to visit friends and relatives on the East coast and this was all during the time that my back was just breaking and they were not here for that

@SueM, here is the Swell I was talking about: https://s.swell.life/STwMyXL8zABfRYt Let me know if I can support you!

I don't think I've ever taken a four week trip. I think that would be so awesome. And I feel like you would almost sometimes I feel like the time off isn't always enough to kind of fully relax, and I feel like by the time we leave, I feel like that's when I start kind of getting into my groove and everything. So I wonder what it would be like to experience a four week trip
