And I'm also excited that the Joy Plus platform accepted me as a life coach, so anyone can find me on that platform as well. It's an app. So I am pretty excited that I have those two things going on, and those are probably my two biggest accomplishments from this past week that I'm selling braiding. And I would love to hear more as you see any results from being on that. As a coach, that would be a really incredible resource to share with other people. I know a lot of people who would benefit from that. And I checked out Joy Plus, the app that you shared on the Apple Store, and I think that is another great resource. And it's just nice to see all of these folks developing wellness resources for people in that industry

So that's a little kind of sneak peek into what I'm going to be offering in the Rebel Wellness Premiere every quarter is going to include those weekly reflection expanded versions. We're going to have a Rebel Book Club, so I'm going to choose a book and we're going to work through that book. And it's not going to be just within the month. We're going to kind of study the book throughout the quarter
