When you reach the top..Does the work ethic stop?

Does your work ethic stop, or do you produce as hard as you did from day one? I know for myself personally, years back, I was in a not so great position that I had to work my tail off and kind of get myself out of what I was going through. Right. So, for me, work and making money keeps me from going back to where I was many, many years ago

But at the ethic of working smart or hard, you're talking about time spent, energy, focus, integrity of everything you do. And I think for me, it's always been about measuring myself pretty regularly. So I could say, wow, I was more effective back then or I'm more effective now and checking in. And I think personal reviews are sometimes even more brutal than when we turn to someone to the left or the right of us or someone to the top of us

How do you perfect your craft, increase your efficiency, or maybe share your pearls of wisdom with others joining the team. That way, you're not in this mindset of, oh, my God, if I'm not here, it doesn't get done. You don't have that thought process because you share your pearls of wisdoms and techniques with everyone. So it gets done regardless at that level of excellence. See, regardless, that's my take on it. That's what I say

@DBPardes

So I think, for me, I reflect on myself, whereas I ask myself, am I someone who makes it easier for my teammates? And am I showing up every day and giving 110% of myself for us all to achieve a common goal? And that's going home every night. Because if something isn't done right, if someone falls apart somewhere, that could literally be the difference between life and death. So, yeah
