Not afraid as in nervous or anxious when I was doing it. But I think sometimes when these things are just running around in my mind, I think the thought train gets to be a bit much. So I did the things and then I did some more things. I did self care, I did little stuff, and they might seem like small things

Yeah. Hands down, the best advice I've ever gotten about kind of stopping that cycle of anxiety and obsessive thinking is to address the body, to change your mode of being, change the environment around you, or just move differently. And it does something. It just triggers something. Even if it's a tiny little shift, it's a shift in the right direction and away from sitting and stewing in that feeling. So. Yeah, I love that. This is a good swell
