Hello there, everyone. Seeing as how today is Memorial Day, I thought it would be fitting to post this article in Tiye from Time magazine rather about the black history of memorial Day that many people don't know about. Oftentimes black history, black stories are untold. And given that there are several states in the process of trying to assist in not tell black stories, I felt it was important to share this story for today. Hey, Ty, thank you for sharing this. I was in the conversation earlier this morning and I did a link to soldiers story which happens to be about an African American troop. But it's a very specific dramatic story about a killing that was here on home soil. But yeah, there's so many beautiful books and movies to capture the inequity equity and just so much sacrifice by the African American soldier and the experience of how they came home and they dealt with the inequities that all veterans deal with
