Don’t suppress your feelings!

The feeling will at some point manifest in very backdoor and unhealthy and toxic ways. The best thing that we can do is feel our emotions when we have them and then release them as soon as possible, not deny and disown them. Now, this doesn't mean that you have carte blanche to explode on people. What I mean is that we express our emotions in a healthy, beneficial, controlled and mature way. So I think if feelings, if they're repressed, suppressed, they can lay dormant with medication, depression and anxiety, but they're still there. So, yeah, so much good information. I really appreciated it this morning
