And believe it or not, there is a very big difference. So I'm going to give some examples of what the two look like. And it's very important in relationships that we are able to be honest with the other person and not suppress and repress and deny and disown our personal truth

It. If we are never honest about our thoughts and opinions, we likely won't ever see much change in our lives or with others. This includes being honest with others and honest with ourselves. Narcissists and toxic people are notorious for being brutally honest very often, even with themselves. Brutally honest has a lot of guilting, shaming, blame shifting, projecting deflecting, and gaslighting. Radical honesty is not any of those things
