OCD vs. OCPD

It's making their life more difficult. They don't want to do it anymore. They can't help it. They would like to change, and they understand that it's not helpful or beneficial to their life, and they usually seek help to try to overcome it. Now, OCPD, the individual does not necessarily want to change, does not want to seek help

But I'm curious from your professional perspective, how you see these behaviors between the OCPD diagnosis and the autism diagnosis and how these things differ or how they're this similar or any of those sort of thoughts

If it's interfering with their life, if it's interfering with their work or their health or their relationships, their mental health, physical health, et cetera. It's really not a problem unless they feel it's a problem. And as we know, people won't change unless they choose to change. We can't change others. If you would like to give me some examples, I would be more than happy to continue going over some of those with you if you would like
