Having difficulty doing basic needs, such as showering, brushing teeth, or feeding yourself thoughts that you would be better off dead. Actual suicide attempts and causing physical harm to oneself, such as cutting. Okay, so if you're experiencing any of those, note that it's very serious and you need to address it and you don't want to ignore it. All right? So when to see a doctor?

The Scores for Depression

I wanted to add from my previous audio about the depression symptoms, the scores. So if you were scoring yourself, I wanted to go over the score key. And just a reminder, the score key was zero. Did not bother at all. One, it bothered a little. Two, it bothered a lot, but I could stand it. And three, it bothered a lot, and I could not stand it
