Anxiety Relief Techniques
We want to kind of separate ourselves from it and say we're noticing it or we're experiencing it, or Our mind is telling us that we're anxious. That's very, very important to do. First, allow yourself to feel it without judgment. Don't get mad at yourself for feeling anxious, okay? That's not self love. When you get mad at yourself for having an emotion or feeling, just accept it and allow it and don't judge yourself for it

Okay, so if a thought comes into your mind and gives you anxiety, immediately replace it with a thought that makes you feel even just a little bit better, okay? It doesn't have to be a tremendous shift in thought, but just anything that makes you feel slightly better, okay? So for example, if you have a thought, I must help everyone, your next thought could be no, I don't have to help everyone

Hi. I really enjoyed listening to all your techniques for anxiety. I suffer really, really bad anxiety. Like, I can't even function. I wake up with anxiety. I go to sleep with anxiety. I have sweaty palms constantly and always thinking the worst of things, and I never know how to handle it. I usually just kind of, like, freak out and throw myself on the floor and have sweaty palms and get nauseous and vomit

Have I checked in with this? Have I checked in with that? And there's a series of, like, maybe 2025 questions to ask yourself when you have anxiety, and that's very helpful as well. So go ahead and check out that one, and I hope that these work for you and you can get more and more out of your anxiety each and every day. Thanks so much and take care. Bye now
