You are now out of it and safe and distant from that event. But what brings you back into that event over and over and over and over again is the thoughts that you attach to that event. And the more that we can start to release the thoughts and release the stories and release the expectations, the more we can get out of our suffering and leave that event in our past and not carry it into our present and into our future, we have control over that. There's no actual reason for it, and it doesn't do anything for the situation or for us or our mental health. So doing that is basically pointless. Working through the the anger is beneficial, but holding on to the anger is not beneficial for ourselves and our mental health. So I just wanted to add that and thank you so much for replying.
