Making room for you—mentally & physically

article image placeholderUploaded by @thenorasophia
You haven't confined that pain to a corner that you don't want to look at. You know how we do that? We have a room, and it's like, okay, that's my junk area. And it's just layered upon layer. And we don't want to look at it, so we don't. So we don't. You can do that with the same thing in your mind, too

Have you ever lived in a cramped space? You seemingly have no room to store anything, let alone add anything new. But, what if you made room?

But the beauty of sleep is there is no past, present or future. It's all states at once. So when we are having or experiencing a mind that's busy, it's typically concerned about things that are in the present but it's also future casting, creating this level of sort of an anxietytic mind. Not always and maybe our mind is just pinging but it's asking ourselves what is it that is underlying this need for maybe some more chatter?
