You. Hey, friend. Just checking in with you. But I guess I could say what helps me get through is basically just taking the time to sit by myself and listen to different kinds of music, whether it be lo fi jazz, gospel, just something to relax my mind and ease my heart and sleep. Sleep is also a good one for me. I like to sleep too. And then also, of course, talking to my friends and family members. And hopefully this helps you
