D+T: From a Girl's POV

article image placeholderCRY Is India's Most Trusted NGO Working On Children's Rights
Hi, everybody. Today I have my closest friend dear joining me to discuss personal experiences with sexism and misogyny. Hi, I'm DEA, and I'm happy to be here to discuss an important topic like this. What was your first experience with sexism or segregation? The first time I noticed it? It wasn't directly at me, but it was very general. Our teachers in our class and desk had to be moved and stuff like that. They always ask the boys to do it

In this SWELL, @diyasabs and I talk about our personal experiences with gender discrimination. Here is a charity you can donate to: http://cry.org

This was a great swell to listen to because I agree with every word that both of you said. And yeah, I relate to it too. I get cat called, and it's sad that we're like, not even like, 15. And yet this happens to us and girls who are younger than us. They go through this too. It's just disgusting. And I hope that change comes in our country, especially it happens in almost every country. But our country has normalized
