Let me ask a question. So a lot of people look at insurance as more like a soulless body or whatnot from people in the health insurance industry, especially during Kovac. Like, how are you guys affected when you're seeing all these claims just like, filing in? So how personally were you guys affected as health insurance? I guess. Would that be agents or specialist? I guess it really does. I mean, you go on the journey with that person, right?

And maybe it's a place we can also ask questions for follow up to, to keep keep the conversation alive, because it needs to be kept alive to have conversations here that happened there. I feel like people feel so unprotected right now, and with not just the COVID, but with just the climate of you could buy something and then the prime print, you missed it, and then things don't work out for you. And it concerns me a great deal
