Magnetism...

article image placeholderUploaded by @Blek
How true is it that like attract light? That what you think about, you bring about? I think it's important to go through life with that understanding, uncertainty that your thoughts will manifest in some capacity. What are your thoughts on this?

Changing from my thought earlier. The idea is that by focusing on positive thoughts and emotions you can bring about positive experiences and outcomes in your life. The concept of thought magnetism is related and suggests that thoughts and intentions can attract corresponding experiences

There's some scientific evidence that suggests that positive thinking can have beneficial effects on mental and physical health, such as, like, reducing stress and promoting the wellbeing. However, it's still important to keep in mind that these benefits are not the result of thoughts literally manifesting the reality, but rather the result of the positive effects of a positive mindset on one's behavior and emotions. So just keep that in mind

It has to come from a place that doesn't ask for anything except being in that mindset and knowing that it being in that mindset so much comes toward you. But if you have that kind of if you totally infuse it with this expectation that things are going to become rosy now, I think it ruins some of the sort of that authenticity, if you will, or something that feels like just being it because you want to be it

But also, for most people, it will take a little bit of training, if you will, to get into that mental space, to stay conditioned, to already have a mental attitude of just being positive. So just being in that state, it takes conditioning. Without expectations, of course, you're we always will want the best for ourselves and, you know, but certainly without expectations of, you know, like, what's in it for me?
