And I think it's another way for a company to kind of put their stamp on something as far as looking supportive. And as far as I'm concerned, what they say they want and how they really want things to be are different. They're fine with people who've been in the military, but they're not looking for people who have 1520 years in, who have experience that they know. They can say, hey, this is what I should be making

But the idea of self worth is so helpful because I think no matter how broken the external system is, you're really positing that we have to find a narrative inside us and with our close friends. So even if the fish is riding from the top, even if the government can't do what it's got to do, we can build smaller infrastructures around us that tightly knit together the people that can support us

This has kind of helped me in a way, and having to kind of look at not feeling like I have self worth or value. My last employer didn't work out. It was an amicable split, if you will
