Swell Cookbook! What’s cooking in your kitchen?

Alright. So I wanted to try something new here, given that most of us are stuck at home, can't travel and can't go to our favorite places. I thought this would be a fun idea. So in my quarantine time, I started cooking a lot more because I found that if I explored with the types of food I was eating, it kind of made me feel like I was still in touch with the outside world

Post a link to one of your favorite regional or cultural dishes! #food #culture #cuisine #foodie #chickensoupforthesoul

I'm going to post a very similar recipe to the one I use. One difference I'll note, is that they call for chicken broth, and if you're trying to have a little less sodium in your diet, you can use water instead, and then just kind of salt and pepper it to your own taste. So maybe not the best recipe for a hot summer day, but any other time of the year. So check it out

https://tinyurl.com/y2ocqmwq Roasted Cauliflower with Cilantro Pesto

We had a roasted cauliflower with a cashew cilantro pesto. This is from the Bar AMA restaurant in Los Angeles. Kind of got a Tex Mex background here's why I love it. It's got a great combination of flavors. You've got the soft texture but firm texture of the cauliflower. It's been roasted, so it's got a Char on it. The pesto, it's green, it's garlicky, it's salty from Cartesia cheese and the cashews give it a bit of a crunch

We did the same

I found a Chinese guy making rotates on YouTube and she did it and it turned out good. Yeah. We experimented with some food. Exactly what you're saying. Tried to make some traditional food. Isn't that cool? And the rest of the Curry that my wife made, it was my mother's recipe. Yes. She taught my wife to do it. So yeah, isn't that cool

In fact, I'd love to have one myself, but I have been bequeathed some things, and I have bought some things. And because of those, I am still doing things the old fashioned way. So if anybody wants to give me a pellet smoker like a wreck tech, that'd be great. I'd love it. But don't have one of those right now. So I'm going to share this with you. Thank you guys
