Hey, Tanya. Welcome to swell. Can you talk a little bit more about youth development with regard to assessments and what works and what doesn't and how different organizations share best practices? And is this an international sort of collaborative world? Like, can you see different I programming is working in different places, and are they transferable or is it very cultural? Some programs work in one country that would not fly in another country
