How does the ship work, how does it work best and really invest and dive deep into that. And that is what again, allows me to stand firm and say power because I control me, I am my own master. I can say yes and I can say no at any time

Hey. Yeah. I'm so happy that you were able to elaborate on your one word power. Just hearing me talk, I really it really made me rethink, like, you know, how I define and power, and you kind of pulled out all these different aspects of power that I never really thought about in terms of self discipline and also knowing when you can control things or being responsible for things and when it's totally out of your control

It doesn't make me feel good when I see it. I understand so much. It's connection to all the beautiful, empowering words that you guys have used in this conversation. But for me, I put it aside when I can. And I don't like to use it for something that I say, I have power or I want power or I am achieving agents. I use the word agency a lot, actually

And with the word power, the location of control for some people is externally, which is the factors that goes on in the world. But what I've done is I've changed the location and I've made it internal. And one of the things that I do within my own power is immediately, always acknowledge that I'm not necessarily here to change or even suggest that someone do something with their association
