What kind of meditation we need to do? I know Chakra meditation. I know Reiki meditation. I know normal grounding as well. So what meditation to do? What is the trick to wake up at 04:00 A.m.? How to involve oneself in 04:00 A.m. As well as 05:30 A.m. Fitness activity? Please please tell me on this. Well, thank you so much for sharing. I'm really inspired. Thank you

Just set up a circadian rhythm when you sleep on time, wake up on time and ensure that if the sleep is less than 7 hours, you're sneaking in a yoga nidra, or if you're sneaking in an hour or two of a power nap in between your slots and try listening to Binaural Beats. B-I-N-A-U-R-A-L-B-E-A-T-S. You'll get these a lot on YouTube? In the past we had to go to monasteries to listen to them. You don't need to anymore
