Happy Tuesday everyone. I am just feeling really good today and especially this morning. I ended up going to Yellow yesterday, a water park with my baby girl and I just love her so much and we got a lot of sun and yesterday and we just enjoyed ourselves and we went with a sister in law and my baby girl got to see her cousins and it was just a good time amongst all the teething and everything that's been going on

And I'm noticing kind of moving out of that seasonal depression, all that phase of the year where you're coming out of your cocoon a little bit. So I appreciated what you were saying about getting vitamin D. I feel like too yesterday I got a little bit too much. Hi Jack, thanks for replying to these Wells. I listen. These are my first posts. So this is all brand new and it's been fun to so far. Yeah. Thank you for sharing. I love just everything about life right now. That's what I have to say anyway. I don't know, I feel weird sometimes talking because it definitely feels like an answering machine so I feel awkward. But sharing and doing this has made me feel good too

I had to dig through lots of stone and rocks, but it was also really fulfilling. I did it as the sun was going down yesterday and I planted a Bogainville that my family got me from others day. But just working outside in the heat and the Sun, I don't know. It makes you feel alive, I think. And I'm grateful for my beautiful home and my AC and having a roof over my head and the security and the safety that that offers

I think one of my favorite parts of the audio Journal Culture is having the space and the momentary ability to report on a happy moment and being able to share that. And I'm so sublime to listen to this thread. I live in Los Angeles and June is kind of a gloomy month, but in a really refreshing way actually, because it really enables us to really appreciate when the sun is more out. But it's so clear to me that we all are such creatures
