Three, what activities or practices help you feel connected to and in tune with your body? Four, how can you be more compassionate towards your body, especially when you're feeling self critical or negative? Five, what role does social media or media in general play in shaping your body image? And how can you cultivate a more positive relationship with these sources of influence?

#BODYPOSITIVITY

You might see them in one size, like a ten is probably way too big for them. So I began to define how I looked. I defined my own beauty. This is the whole idea of Kuji Chakulia, which is self determination, one of the Kwanzaa principles. And once I came along and found out what that was, I began to really look at my own life and determine the person that I wanted to be. Do I want to be happy, or do I want to be depressed?
