It is a scary world unlike anything I've ever imagined that I would have had to deal with when I was a kid. I don't think there's a chance that we're overprotecting. I think it's a generalization, but I think there's certain families that have dialed it in really well where they can give kids the tools, but they can also say, I got you. Until you're 18, I got you
