Mental Health Awakening what do you do when depression kicks in? Or anxiety
My question is for those who deal with depression, anxiety, PTSD, what do you do besides your therapy? Going to visit your doctor? Besides that, what else do you do when you're feeling down? What else do you do when you feel you're stuck?

Hello, both of you. What a great conversation. There's so many different aspects to one's journey to feel better. And I think that the creative and the physical are two very, very tried and true outlets. And also when it comes to physical, there's the working out. There's also the physical touch. There are things that just lower our anxiety just chemically. But I also think going into some zone where you're not overwhelmed by your own thoughts is fantastic
