Hello, and welcome to your suddenly sleepy Saturday. I am Rachel Nesmith, aka Sleepy American superhero and writing voices of Narcolepsy advocate and speaker and I want to wish everyone a suddenly sleepy Saturday that's full of good lessons and empathy and rest in the next coming days. As a person with narcolepsy, every day is light. I'm losing more than 3 hours of sleep and I have to go through my whole day despite how sleepy I am given time

And I'm just happy you have a swell cast here. And perhaps more sleepy Americans will come here to, I don't know, talk about their lives and coping mechanisms and things that are that are working and things like that. So thanks for being here and thanks for being a leader in the space
